In this IPO, the company is going to raise a total of 523.07 crore rupees by issuing a total of 1,11,76,713 shares, out of which the company is going to issue 15,61,329 shares of ₹10 under Offer for Sale, the total value of which is 73.07 crore rupees and 96,15,384 shares completely under fresh issue, the total value of which is ₹450 crores.

Retail investors will be able to apply for a minimum of 1 lot and a maximum of 13 lots in this IPO in which they will have to invest at least ₹14,976 for 1 lot.

High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) / Non Institutional Investors (NIIs) will be able to apply for a minimum of 14 lots and a maximum of 66 lots in this IPO for which they will have to invest at least ₹2,09,664.
